Feyenoord have confirmed Robin van Persie as their new coach, a return to the club where he started and ended his illustrious playing career, after a deal was reached to release him from his position at Heerenveen.
Robin van Persie is closing in on the Feyenoord head coach job, just a year into his managerial career, sources have told ESPN.
Feyenoord have appointed former player Pascal Bosschaart as interim manager to replace Brian Priske, the Dutch club said on Tuesday, with the 44-year-old set to take charge for their upcoming Champions League tie with AC Milan.
